Husband and wife duo, Luke and Nikki, have a combined experience of 30 years working as professional chefs in some of the countries best fresh food restaurants. Combining those skills with their lifelong love and obsession of foraging, they’ve created bespoke culinary & medicinal foraging adventures.

They run one-on-one or group educational foraging walks. Luke’s focus is on flavour and culinary applications of wild ingredients and Nikki’s attention is the medicinal and herbal side of wild plants, fruits & fungi. Together they offer a comprehensive experience for all to enjoy.

Being chefs they also run private dining events, wild food pop-ups, corporate shindigs & culinary educational classes.
